Cancellation Policy

We would hate for your trip to be cancelled. However, if due to unforeseeable circumstances, you need to cancel your confirmed holiday with us, we have laid down certain provisions to deal with the same.

Please note that cancellation policies aren’t in place to separate a guest from his/her money. It is a way to compensate for the loss in business for the local vendors in terms of unsold rooms in accommodations, unused transport and non-refundable bookings. 

If a trip is cancelled 45 days or more before the date of commencement of the trip, 25% of the total amount of the trip will be charged as cancellation charges.

If a trip is cancelled 30 days or more before the date of commencement of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be charged as cancellation charges.

 If a trip is cancelled 21 days or more before the date of commencement of the trip, 75% of the total amount of the trip will be charged as cancellation charges.

If a trip is cancelled 20 days or less before the date of commencement of the trip, 100% of the total amount of the trip will be charged as cancellation charges.

Refund Process

Guest must send a written request for refund of booking amount minus the cancellation charges to admin@jetsetquest.com.

The request will be verified by Jet Set Quest under its cancellation policy.

After initiating the refund process, it might take upto 14 working days to reflect in your account. Refund will be made on the same account from which the trip was booked.
